Are you ready to face your fears? That is the question being posed to all who respond to a newspaper ad requesting participants who think themselves brave enough to spend one night in a reputedly haunted castle in Scotland. Once locked inside the confines of the 11th century castle the five are forced to face fears far worse than any could have anticipated. As their night of terror progresses and the participants begin to disappear one by one, it becomes painfully obvious that the resident spirits within are willing to go to any lengths to assure that few, if any, will be walking out alive the following morning.

I began reading while leaving Raleigh, NC; read through an additional 2.5 hour layover in Dallas; and finished while landing at SFO! Best plane read I've had in years! Five distinctly different individuals answer an ad to 'face their fears' by spending 1 night in an haunted castle. Once inside the castle walls, they band together as they explore the castle (not entirely of their own free will). The castle has a life its own and is not as it appears. The group soon discovers that what they believe is being tested and what they fear is growing uncomfortably too close. Each is pulled from the group to face their fear head on; their strength in themselves tested by the spirit of the castle and the spirits within the castle. The story is an emotional rollercoaster ride through a haunted castle; keeping this reader wondering whether any of the group would walk out of the castle alive once morning breaks. And if they do survive the night, what would the effect on their futures be! Survival of the fittest; not for the squeamish at heart.Product details
